JLL, a Fortune 500 company and a global real estate leader, is deeply committed to the growth and development of the younger generation. In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional cultural holiday, embracing the spirit of family reunions and gatherings. To bring this vision to life, COOLER has orchestrated a special Cinema Club premiere evening for JLL at Landmark Pinnacle. Through influencer marketing , COOLER brought over 100,000 media exposures to this event.

JLL仲量联行,作为一家世界五百强、全球房地产领军企业,始终热切关注年轻一代的成长与发展。这次,以中秋节这个传统文化节日为主题,传达出团圆和家庭欢聚的精神。为了实现这个目标,COOLER旗下活动策划品牌CO·PARTY为JLL在Landmark Pinnacle策划了一场意义非凡的Cinema Club中秋点映开幕晚会,并通过20位小红书KOL营销推广计划,为本场活动带来了超过10万的媒体总曝光量。

For this meticulously planned event, COOLER has invited 20 renowned Chinese KOLs to savor the warmth of home under the full moon. From thematic conception to on-site decoration, the event imbibes traditional Mid-Autumn elements like the full moon, jade rabbit, and lanterns. Scrolls have been used for signing, further embodying the festival's significance. A highlight is the screening of films by young independent directors, showcasing their talent and emphasizing JLL's support and social responsibility towards budding entrepreneurs.

在这次精心策划的活动中,CO·PARTY诚邀了20位知名华人KOL,共同感受圆月之下的家的温馨。从主题构思到现场布置,此次活动汲取了中秋传统元素,如圆月、玉兔、灯笼,更以卷轴作为签名纸,更深刻地传达这个特殊节日的内涵。而最引人瞩目的部分,莫过于播放了一系列青年独立导演制作的影片,一方面宣扬了他们的才华,另一方面彰显了JLL仲量联行对年轻创业者的社会责任与支持。

Beyond the films, a unique activity has been arranged: guests are invited to the 75th-floor rooftop garden to relish traditional mooncakes and capture beautiful moments. These ordinary moments feel exceptionally precious in the Mid-Autumn ambiance. To ensure the KOLs thoroughly enjoy this setting, blankets have been provided to keep them warm and cozy in the early winter.

当然,除了影片之外,此次还安排了一个独特的活动—前往75楼的鸟瞰天台花园,品味传统的中秋月饼,留下美好的瞬间。这些平凡的瞬间,在中秋的氛围下,显得格外珍贵。为了确保KOL们充分享受这一美好景致,特别备有毯子,让每位嘉宾在初冬中也能更贴心地融入其中。

Moreover, KOLs got a preview of the model homes, immersing them in the warmth of ‘home’. On this moonlit night, COOLER has meticulously designed a series of themed activities and decorations for JLL and Landmark Pinnacle. It not only gives those away from their homeland a sense of home but also deepens our understanding that home is the foundation of our cherished traditions, no matter where we are.
