In addition to managing the venue's decoration and proceedings, we also innovated with interactive displays. Considering the possibility of guests having pollen allergies, we prepared beautifully themed balloon flowers and artificial bouquets to replace real flowers, and encouraged guests to use instant cameras for interactive check-ins at the warm-up area.

除了会议现场的装扮及流程把控外，在互动装置上，我们也进行了创新。考虑到来宾可能有花粉过敏者，我们准备了契合主题、造型精美的气球花及仿生花束来替代鲜花，并鼓励嘉宾在暖场区使用拍立得互动打卡。

With Dr. Andromachi Athanasopoulou from Oxford University as the guest speaker, Jane’s conversation focuses on women in leadership.

今年“与Jane对话”活动主题聚焦在女性领导力上，特邀嘉宾是来自牛津大学的Andromachi Athanasopoulou 博士。
